Data-center owners & operators

Capacity additions, upgrades, and power work inside live facilities.

Commercial developers

Full electrical scope on commercial construction across Texas.

A licensed, insured, bondable electrical sub that coordinates and shows up.

Why TESIM

Technical, accountable, straight with you.

We self-perform the installation

Our own licensed electricians set the gear, run the pipe, pull the wire, and land the terminations. We’re an electrical contractor — not a staffing agency or labor broker.

Current on the code

Every installation is built to the National Electrical Code and we stay current each cycle. On critical-power work that isn’t a formality — it’s the whole job.

Scaled to the project

Crews, insurance ($2M–$5M general liability, higher on request), and bonding scale to the job. No project is too large to size for.

Local & responsive

Based in Lakeway and working across all of Texas — close enough to walk the site, answer the phone, and coordinate directly with your team.

Straight about our scope. We install, terminate, and connect this equipment. We don’t design, engineer, commission, manufacture, or service it — that stays with the engineer of record, the manufacturer, and the commissioning agent.

We self-perform installation up to 600V with our own licensed crews and bring in trusted partners for medium-voltage, utility, and substation-class work — and we’re straight about which is which.

Credentials

Licensed, insured, and ready to qualify.

Certificates of insurance, license details, and prequalification paperwork available on request.

  • Licensed Master Electrician
  • Texas Electrical Contractor (TDLR)
  • 450+ City of Austin permits
  • NEC-current
  • $2M–$5M general liability
  • Bondable — any size project
