The commercial electrical package brings together distribution, feeders, pathways, grounding and equipment connections. We review these connected scopes for new construction, tenant improvements, upgrades and expansions. Backup-power installation is established as a separate project-specific package.
What our role is, exactly. We install, terminate, and connect this equipment. We don’t design, engineer, commission, manufacture, or service it — that stays with the engineer of record, the manufacturer, and the commissioning agent.

Power Distribution
Installing the distribution equipment that carries power through the building.
Power distribution is the backbone of every facility we work in, and it’s the core of what we self-perform. We set and install distribution equipment — switchgear and switchboards, transformers, panelboards, and busway — then land the feeders and branch power that tie it together, and make the equipment connections and terminations that finish it. Installation is done to the National Electrical Code, torqued to spec, and built to be inspected.

When the utility drops
Backup Power Installation
Installing the standby and emergency power infrastructure that carries the load.
Project-specific backup-power installation packages may include: generator installation with its feeders and connections, automatic and manual transfer switches, emergency and standby power distribution, the electrical infrastructure and installation for UPS systems. Our role here is the electrical installation itself.

Electrical Infrastructure
The conduit, tray, and cable that everything else depends on.
Every circuit in a facility rides on infrastructure somebody had to install correctly. We run EMT and rigid conduit, set cable tray and equipment raceways, install feeders, pull wire and cable, build the supports that carry it, and make the connections and terminations at both ends — above ground and underground. It’s unglamorous, it’s most of the labor on a job, and it’s where a careless electrical contractor shows up years later.

Grounding & Bonding
Building grounding and bonding systems, installed to code.
Grounding is the part of an electrical system nobody sees and everything depends on — for personnel safety, for equipment protection, and for the signal reference sensitive electronics need. We install building grounding systems and grounding electrode systems, ground equipment, bond throughout, and build the grounding infrastructure that supports electrical and data-center equipment.

What does TESIM Electric do?
Our focus is coordinated commercial electrical installation packages. We review scope, schedule, equipment responsibilities and project qualifications with general contractors, electrical contractors, developers and facility teams.
Have you completed data-center projects?
Data centers are a secondary growth market. We review defined installation opportunities without claiming a completed data-center portfolio.
Do you design or engineer electrical systems?
No. We install. Design and engineering stay with the engineer of record, equipment stays with the manufacturer, and commissioning stays with the commissioning agent. We build to the drawings and specifications we’re given, flag constructability issues when we see them, and take responsibility for the installation itself.
Do you commission or service backup-power equipment?
No. We install, terminate, and connect generators, transfer switches, and UPS infrastructure. Startup, commissioning, testing, and ongoing equipment service belong to the manufacturer’s representatives and the commissioning agent. We coordinate our installation around their schedule.
What voltages do you self-perform?
Equipment voltage, installation boundaries and project-specific qualification requirements are reviewed with the project team before work is agreed. No medium- or high-voltage capability is implied.
Will you work as a subcontractor to another electrical contractor?
Our focus is coordinated commercial electrical installation packages. We review scope, schedule, equipment responsibilities and project qualifications with general contractors, electrical contractors, developers and facility teams.
Can you work inside a live, occupied facility?
Occupied-facility work is reviewed case by case. Share existing conditions, access constraints and shutdown requirements so the project team can establish a suitable installation plan before work is agreed.
