Our proven, everyday work: commercial buildings from an empty slab to a finished, inspected, powered-on space — service and distribution, conduit and wire, lighting, devices, and the tenant finish-out and low-voltage rough-in that follow. We work as the electrical sub builders and general contractors can hand the whole scope to — self-performed by our own licensed crews, built to the National Electrical Code, and permitted and inspected through the City of Austin 450+ times.

Service & upkeep
Electrical Cleaning & Preventive Maintenance
Keeping existing electrical systems healthy.
Once a facility is energized, the electrical system still needs attention — and most failures give warning long before they take a building down. We service and maintain existing commercial electrical systems: de-energized cleaning of switchgear, panelboards, and busway, connection torque checks, visual and operational inspection, and the corrective repairs that come out of them. It can be a one-off scope or a recurring program built around your shutdown windows. We self-perform with our own licensed electricians, held to the same National Electrical Code standard as our construction work, and bring in specialists for NETA-certified acceptance testing and certified infrared thermography.
