TESIM Electric LLC is an independent company based in the Austin area. Our focus is turnkey commercial electrical installation packages for construction, fit-outs, upgrades and expansions across Texas.

Commercial electrical construction is our focus: new construction, tenant improvements, facility upgrades and coordinated installation packages. Data centers are secondary growth markets, where we review defined opportunities with project teams. Our scope stays grounded in installation — distribution equipment, raceway, feeders, connections, grounding and bonding — with project qualifications and responsibilities reviewed before work is agreed.
We’re an electrical contractor, not a staffing agency or labor broker. When you hand us scope, our own crews deliver it and we stand behind it.

Self-perform the installation
Define the electrical scope, review field conditions and coordinate responsibilities early. Request current project-specific qualification documents before the work is agreed.
Build it to the code, every time
Electrical construction is a code job. We stay current on the National Electrical Code each cycle, and we build so it passes inspection the first time. On commercial electrical work, that discipline is the entire value.
Stay in our lane — and say where it ends
We install, terminate, and connect this equipment. We don’t design, engineer, commission, manufacture, or service it — that stays with the engineer of record, the manufacturer, and the commissioning agent. We’ll tell you which parts of a scope we self-perform and which we bring partners in for, before the bid — not after the award.
