TESIM Electric is a licensed commercial electrical contractor based in the Austin area (Lakeway, Texas) and serving all of Texas. We’re a division of TESIM LLC, and we’ve been doing electrical construction for more than 13 years.
We’re an electrical contractor — not a staffing agency or labor-broker. Our work is commercial — the kind of building where the wiring runs in metal conduit, not Romex, and every circuit answers to the National Electrical Code and a city inspector. We self-perform that work with our own crews: service and distribution, feeders and panels, conduit and wire, lighting, and the data and low-voltage pathways that modern buildings depend on.
That foundation is exactly what today’s mission-critical work is built on — which is why we’re focused on the data centers, power, energy, and solar infrastructure driving Texas’s growth. We built TESIM Electric to be the turnkey electrical partner builders and general contractors can hand the whole scope to: we self-perform the commercial electrical scope those projects need and partner for specialized medium-voltage and substation work, and we’re straight about which is which.
We’ve pulled 450+ permits through the City of Austin and taken commercial jobs from an empty slab all the way to a finished, inspected, powered-on space. We can take on a job of any size — scaling crews, insurance ($2M–$5M general liability, higher on request), and bonding to fit — and we’re small enough that the people doing the work are the people you talk to.

Our own licensed electricians do the work and stand behind it — we’re an electrical contractor, not a staffing or labor-broker outfit. We bring in trusted partners only for specialty scopes like trenching and excavation — and we manage them.
Build it to the code, every time
Commercial electrical is a code job. We stay current on the National Electrical Code each cycle, and we build so it passes inspection the first time.
